Well, Hello fellow losers!!!!
I myself did not know this board was here! I just happen to look to left of the screen and there it was. I had surgery Oct 14,03. I have lost 88 lbs (WOOOHOOO) But I am having a terrible time finding clothes. I guess I look like an egg with LEGS!!!! (down to a 22/24 from a tight 30/32) Tops are too tight and pants are too big. It is driving me insane. So I said screw it, I will wear t-shirts and shorts until I get past this akward stage. How is everyone else coming along?

Hey there...I just found this board too...think I knew it was here a few months back but then it slipped my mind that it was here. We've got the same surgery date...I'm down 86 pounds so you're two up on me. I feel like it's coming off soooo slowly but know that if I would get really consistent with my workouts it would come off faster. I eat between 500-800 calories a day ****asionally get up to around 1000) and have about 30 carbs, between 70 - 100 g of protein and I drink at least 80 oz. of water daily...religious with my vitamines. I just need a kick in the butt to get my workouts into gear I guess!!!!

Glad you are doing well. I had my lap RNY on oct1 and have lost85 pounds. I am down to 223 from 308. My personal goal of 199 is not far off.
I dont have many clothes either. I dont want to buy much until I stop losing. I have gone from size 52 pants to size 40. In shirts I wore 2X and now a large fits.
I felt so good in november and december, but lately I dont feel well. I went to my pcp yesterday, I think my iron or potassium or something is too low. I was so looking forward to feeling and I am disapointed I feel lousy. At least I have lost enough weight that I can now qualify for a heart transplant. I have heart failure and I think I will need a new heart down the road. My poor heart is just about shot. I am glad I am losing as much as everyone else because I cant exercise much.
