How much can you eat now???

Everyone is so different. I am even different from one day to the next. I was eating pretty consistently up until about 2 weeks ago. I pretty much never ate breakfast... I'd have a frozen low carb meal for lunch and only eat the meat portion out of it. For dinner, I would have about 2 oz of protein and some (about 1/4 cu) veggies or salad or watermelon and then every night, I have sugar free jello.
Then, about 2 weeks ago... I got really hungry. I had breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and snack again. That lasted a couple of days and then I wasn't hungry again. My birthday was Tuesday and my husband bought me a sugar free/crustless cheesecake. It was delicious (if anyone wants to blast me about eating this.... DON'T).
I find that on days when I haven't had breakfast or dinner on the night before... I'm hungrier and it takes more to fill me at lunch time.
