Whatcha eatin' today/
Breakfast - Yogurt (wanted pancakes that I made for my kids)
Lunch - 1 small piece of pizza (wanted 2)
Dinner - small green salad (wanted the pasta one)
1 oz of roast beef (wanted at least 3 oz)
cooked carots (got all I wanted of these)
Even though I wanted other things or more than I actually ate, I am still a very happy camper. I look good!!! My new picture is on the way. Karen
The third dilation of my stomach/intestine opening back in late January was very rough and affected my stomach's ability to tolerate a lot of foods.
Pretty much my days are as follows.
6AM-Noon
Water and water-soluble (Benefiber) intake time. 32oz
1-2 cups coffee with 1 sweetnlow and 1 tsp coffeemate
26 g protein shake in 6 oz skim milk
Noon-2PM
3-4oz canned chicken, turkey.
2PM-4PM
16 oz water
4PM-6PM
1/2 cup cottage cheese some days with 1/2 cup SF jello added.
6 PM-Bedtime
26 g protein shake in 6 oz skim milk
1 small container of lite yogurt
16 oz water
