What is your goal for this month?
I want to drop 12 pounds. That will put me at 174. I generally only lose about 10 pounds a month now, so I could be setting myself up for failure. But I am going to shoot for it.
How are you going to get there?
I am going to go dancing on Tuesday nights and walk on a treadmill 2-3x per week and I'm going to do water aerobics 2x a week. I'll fall off the wagon on 3/18 - 3/25 because we're GOING TO DISNEY WORLD. So I guess I'm going to walk walk walk.
Great Question:
I want to get into a swimsuit for spring break (April 1-5) that i am comfortable in. I think that would mean about 12 pounds for me too. Im shooting for a size 12 so it might last me through the summer months. I am in a 14 now. That would put me at #156... Oh my... I haven't seen 150 something in forever... Please don't wake me up...LOL. I didn't realize it could be so close.
The Plan: Walk 3-5 times a week, Garden, Workout at gym... stick to the food plan and eat PROTEIN more. Errrrraaa I am so bad about the exercise part.

Hi Deneise, I would like to continue with my loss of 2 lbs a week or 8-10 lbs in a month. That seems to be the norm for me in the last couple of months. I am happy with that. Of course I would be estatic with more so I am always looking forward to my monthly anniversary weigh in to see if I get any extras

When I first had surgery, I set monthly weight targets. So far, I haven't even come close to meeting any of them. However, I looked at the one I set for March and my goal said 235 by 3/15. I'm very close, 238.5 as of this morning. Right now, my goals are to keep going to the gym, keep track of my food on fitday.com, eat my protein, and keep my calories about 600 per day.
