What foods do you find that make you feel ill? Mine are blue cheese chicken - I can do it once in a while but it MUST BE MOIST! milk - I became lactose intolerant salad - I'm starting to get use to it, but damn.... pastrami - ugh eggs - can't eat them often - unless they're deviled/hard boiled

Hi Deneise, Oh those evil foods. Mine would have to be chicken if it is not cooked super moist. Tortillas even the new low carb ones. Pickles. I am so sad about pickles. I love them but I can only eat them without the rind. Other than that all seems to go down fine. Many blessings to you on your journey.

The list grows longer each day... EVIL FOODS: Wheat Thins (any kind), Bread (any), Chex Mix, Country Style Pork Ribs (No sauce either), Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Sugar (EVIL DEAMON!!!), Fat (EVIL STEP-DEAMON!!!), Fried Foods (ALL), "Supplement ****tail" (i.e.: more than 2 pills at a time cause me to dump violently... EEEeeeeeerrrrrrraaaa... Bad experience this morning... worst one I have ever had with dumping and it was on a mouth full of supplements... weird), Chips. Good Stuff: ALL Meats, Fish, Cheese, Carb-Countdown Milk/Dairy, Eggs any style, All fruit is ok in natural state (NO Canned Stuff), All Veggies are good fresh or frozen, pasta I limit, Baked Lays or Pringles FF are ok if I need a salt fix. I still have plenty to pick from and i don't in any way (yet) feel deprived of favorites. The alternative sugar and fats are there if i need the fix i can get it. I am happy as a clam and the family is "THINNING" down right along with me. Judy
