Post CAT Scan..

I had an abdominal CAT scan on Tues, but nothing showed up. The doc says that they do not always pick up a hernia, but does not want to do exporitory surg at this time. She wants me to start taking my meds (:nono she was not a happy camper about this) and added Prevacid incase it is an ulcer that is causing my pain and cramping. :idea After thinking hard about the situation I realized that about 2-3 weeks ago I started drinking Propel water which has a "sippy lid" that you suck the water out of. We are not suppose to be using a straw because of getting air into our pouch, so why wouldn't this be the same??? Well, I started taking the lid off yesterday and I have no idea wheither it is the lid, the Prevacid, or my taking my meds like I'm suppose to, but the pain is a LOT better today, infact almost gone so far, but the day is young. maybe with the lid you were getting air into your pouch? That sounds reasonable to me! whatever it is, i'm so glad that you're having a better day. Take care of yourself! Amy
