3 months post-op
Well, I am three months out and feeling 100% better, I weighed in at 262 and I now weigh 200lbs, I thought I was doing something wrong, I wasn't sure were I was suppose to be-or if there is some sort of guide line. I have actually had a pretty easy time, I was just extremely tired the first month out, I do still get tired every now and then in the after noon. I just hope I am were I am suppose to be, because I thought I was losing too slowly. Susan R.
OH MY GOODNESS THAT IS WONDERFUL.....I TOO AM THREE MONTHS POST-OP TODAY AND HAVE LOST 53 LBS, I THINK I AM LOSING VERY SLOWLY....BUT I AM OK WITH THAT....IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET IT....HOPEFULLY I CAN KEEP UP AT THIS PACE....THAT WOULD BE JUST FINE WITH ME......AS LONG AS I'M LOSING.....CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU...AS FAR AS BEING TIRED, I GET A B-12 SHOT FROM MY PRIMARY DOCTOR ONCE A MONTH AND I ALSO TAKE "NATURE MADE" SUPER B-COMPLEX WITH VITAMIN C.....MY ENERGY LEVEL IS SO GOOD THAT THE ARTHRITIS IN MY KNEE FLARED UP FROM DOING TOO MUCH...OH WELL....I DON'T MIND THOUGH SMALL PRICE TO PAY....THAT ALSO WILL GET BETTER THE MORE WEIGHT I LOSE......GOOD LUCK SUSAN...

Hi Susan,
I think were all doing pretty darn good! My surgery was October 22nd and I have lost 62 lbs. too. I feel so good now! WLS was the best thing I have ever done for myself without a doubt. My only worry is that my losing will just stop. Do you ever feel that way too? I guess its just my old self doubts thinking there is now way I can accomplish this. Congrats on your loss!
HI! I am 3 months out and 1 day and I have lost 70 lbs. I was at a stand still for about 2 or 3 weeks and then I started upping my liquids ... water and hot decaf. tea with splenda. and I started moving a little on the scale then I added some water aerobics twice a week and whooo**** was a speedy 12 lbs lost very fast. Good Luck!
