Fun things I have discovered...

I wanted to share some fun things that I have discovered I can do now with all of you because I am sure that you can relate: I can bend over and tie my shoes! It does not hurt me to walk around the mall anymore! I actually like to exercise! I have found a new love for water vollyball! I am getting more looks from the opposite sex! I have more pride in my appearance! I like to try on clothes now so see the sixes go down! I look foward to drinking my water! I love stepping on the scale even when it remains the same! I look foward to life!!!!! Share with us your new discoveries! Tanya

How about being able to climb stairs Or being able to sit in a movie theater Or still having energy past 4:00 in the afternoon Or buying clothes off the rack at K-Mart and having them fit! Life is good

Okay, I don't mean to be too graphic but .... I am having great sex!!! I can actually see my feet when I look down. I can get in and out of my little car w/o struggling. Exercise is so very important to me. I have been blessed with a new life - weight loss. I enjoy trying on smaller size clothes. I can actually wear high heels w/o my back hurting. Life is grand- if I had to do this surgery over- I would!

I can sit with my legs crossed! When I am in a crowded place I am not worried if I can fit through! I love being able to buy clothes in a "normal" size ! I especially love the sale price on smaller clothes! I love the feeling I have when I am done excercising! I am almost able to keep up with my 6 year old! I look forward to physical outtings with my husband and daughter! I am so thankful for this opportunity to experience life again in a much healthier way. I look foward to what's in store!

I went back to college and could fit in the desk!!! I like looking at myself in the mirror, saggy skin and all. I love the look my husband gives me when I walk in the room. Wait a minute, he used to look at me like that before. I have a great husband. Karen

I love looking forward to doing 5k's I love being an adult athlete. I love being able to shop in the misses. I love trying on a smaller size and it fits. I love being able to wear my kids shirts. I love weighing less than my husband. I love going sledding again and not wanting to leave before the kids. I love having lots of room between me and the steering wheel. I love others saying how proud they are of me. I love me!
