5 days out

Hello everyone! Congratulations to all of us! I had my LAP RNY on Oct 28. All went well, I came home on the 30th. The only problem I'm having is an extreme feeling of bloating and fullness. Does anyone else experience this? Otherwise, I feel pretty good. Some pain, but that's ok it will go away. Best wishes to all of you October guys!

I had my surgery on 29th - came home on the 30th. I am experiencing the same feelings of bloating and fullness. I am so confusing about eating and all that is involved. I never got assigned an angel, so I feel pretty alone. I have had a couple days of depression, but I know why I made this committment. If this were a diet, I would have fallen off of it already. I guess that is a good thing. Angela

That feeling will go away soon. You will also have some gas and some gas pain as your body gets rid of the gas used during surgery. Good luck, I'm only about 2 wks. ahead of you--
