I Think I'm getting a cold!?*$#@!!!

My surgery date is in 8 days. And I feel a cold coming on. I called my doctor's office to ask if this would interfer with my surgery. And of course she said "yes". She wants me to call her back Friday to let her know how I'm doing. I am about to drug myself with cold medication and drink plenty of fluids and take vitamin C. Did anyone else face this dilenmia before surgery? HELP!!!

Take your vitamin C like your life depended on it!!(check with your doctor first of course) I felt a cold coming on and I fluded my system with vitamin C and fluids, the cold left, but I am still taking my vitamin C and taking real good care of myself. My surgery is in 7 days ( Oct. 20th.) and IT WILL NOT BE POSTPONED!! Good luck.

You guys could meg up on Cold-EEz (zinc tablets) this usually will help if you catch it right away! Good luck!
