Could the time go by any more slowly?

My open RNY is scheduled for 10/21/03!! Hallelujah!! It has been over a year in coming, but since I was given my surgery date on October 2nd, the time has CRAWLED by. I am getting a little "freaked". Not about the surgery itself, but of the withdrawal from what I thought has been my best friend for the last 33 years. I am praying for everyone that will be undergoing, has undergone, and will choose in the future to undergo, this life-changing experience - including myself! - Karen

Karen, I thought the time would never get here, but it is just about 34 hours away. Keep your head up, do something to pamper yourself, sit back and relax. The 21st will be here soon. Good Luck, and I will pray for you.
