MY SURGERY IS 10/27/03 AND I'M SO NERVOUS, BUT YET SO EXCITED. APPROVED IN 36 HOURS AND SO HAPPY ABOUT THAT BECAUSE I JUST FOUND OUT AS OF JAN 1, 2004 MY JOB IS DROPPING COVERAGE FOR THE SURGERY.
