Surgery date scheduled for 10/21

I got my insurance approval in ONE WEEK. I'm now scheduled for a total life style change... now I have to go vitamin shopping!! I'm going to try a bunch of different protien drinks & bars before the surgery so I can hopefully have this down pat before the surgery (HOPEFULLY!!!)

Congratulations Peggy. You and I have the same surgery date and I am doing exactly what you are doing. I just ordered a bunch of samples from vitalady.com and am going tomorrow for my vitamins. Its just around the corner... yeah!
