10-09-03 surgery date iwas scheduled for 10-13-03 but dr bolars office called and changed it ican.t beleive this is happening so fast i,mso exciteded and alittle scared to my surgery is at good samaritian hospital in lexington ky the address is 310 south limestone rd lexington ky 40508 thanks for your replies they are very encourageing for me
