CONCERENED & SCARED WAITING FOR APPROVAL STILL.......

I have a tentative surgery date of Oct. 2 which is Thurs., but still have'nt got approval yet. The doctor's office actually sent off for approval 3 weeks ago. How long will I have to play this waiting game? I only have tomorrow to get an answer if no answer no surgery Thurs. Thanks to all who have already posted to my surgery page.
