October 28th is the day

I can't wait! Oct 28th is my day! Anyone else? I go for my pre op on Oct 21, just the usual blood, cxr, and ekg. It has been a long road and I can now see the first finish line. Great News! My hubby has decided to have the surgery too! Calling today for an appt. Hopefully we will be able to get him on the losing side in the spring!
