Surgery date scheduled for 10/21

I just found out on this week, that my surgery date is scheduled for 10/21. I spent the weekend getting ready and absorbing what will happen. Since I will need to be away from my home for 10 days in Ft. Lauderdale I have lots of planning to do. My insurance approval and surgery date were scheduled in less then a month, so I did not have a lot of waiting. Because this is happening so quick, I really have not had time to think about the surgery. Now I am so busy getting everything ready, I don't have time to think. Any words or encouragment would be greatly appreciated. This site is invaluable, as it connects me to everyone who is experiencing the same concerns. Kerry Ann
