APPROVED AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well today is a GREAT DAY!!!!! I had resigened myself to having to pay cash for this surgery. Having been denied 2 times but today i got the call i was finally approved. Aetna was very frustrating to deal with they lost paperwork, looked at some one elses records thought they were mine but their is light at the end of the tunnel! a customer service representive was a godsend he tracked down my records, talked to the appeals dept, called me back and when i was denied for the second time he really went over the top for me. He contacted the Doctor who denied me to inquire as to what i was missing and surprise to him and me the Doctor reviewed MY records and he retracted my deniel and issued my approval. so the moral of my story is DON"T GIVE UP!!
