Surgery Date Set, Finally

My surgery date is October 15, 2003! Only 23 days away! I have a lot on my plate. We will be moving to Florida about a month after my surgery. I am busy getting belongings ready to pack. We have the movers coming in to do all the work, so now is preparation for the move before my surgery. I am very excited, but also a little nervous. It is a huge decision, which I have taken almost 2 years to decide and now walk through the open door. Any encouragment you can give me and how you felt a few weeks before your surgery would be helpful....thanks! God bless you. Barbara

BARBARA----CONGRATS ON THE DATE -IT WONT BE LONG NOW ....... WELL IT IS 9 DAYS AND A WAKE UP FOR ME AND MY EMOTIONS ARE LIKE A ROLLER COASTER....ONE DAY IM EXTATIC THE NEXT CRYING -CAUSE I THINK WHAT IF I DONT WAKE UP TO SEE MY KIDS ...THE NEXT IM JUST PLAIN SCARED FOR THE PAIN BUT IN ALL MOST DAYS I THINK-------GOD WILL SEE ME THROUGH HE HAS PLANS FOR ME HERE ON EARTH I SING WITH ONE OF MY DAUGHTERS MONTHLY AT CHURCH AND I TEACH CHILDRENS CHURCH EVERY THIRD SUNDAY AND HE USES ME IN SO MANY WAYS ....NOT TO MENTION I'M JUST DETERMINED TO GET THROUGH THIS. MY DATE IS OCT 2 ILL TRY TO LET YA KNOW HOW IT GOES...BUT TIL THEN REMEMBER GOD WILL SEE YOU THROUGH AND PRAY TO HIM NIGHTLY ...HE ANSWERS PRAYERS.....GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS
