Surgery Date Oct 1. Birmingham, AL

I live in Tuscaloosa, but having the surgery in Birmingham at Brookwood Medical Center. I have mixed feelings, and am just now realizing that I have a very bad relationship with food. (LOL) What I mean, is that I live to eat, not eat to live, and that will be a problem down the road. It has brought me to this point, and I feel that it will be my undoing, if I do not undo-it! Dear Jeffrey, My date is also Oct. 1 in Memphis, I have cousins in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham, name is Gardino... You will do fine after your surgery just keep reading others stories and be motivated. Jef, I am also an October 1 surgery patient. My surgery is at South Miami Hospital in Florida. I have been on a see food diet for 40 years and it is time to change it to the push away diet. Good luck and keep up the faith. Norman
