I have a date and I'm so excited! A little scared, but sooo excited!! I can hardly wait. Oh to be able to breathe after going up the stairs in my home! Oh to enjoy traveling again...and going dancing again!
I have been working toward getting this surgery for more than 2 years. I had a few set backs including changing jobs, waiting for the insurance to kick in, then being denied and having to change the insurance again because I was initially given the wrong information, then having to jump through a few insurance hoops. But now...oh my...I am just so happy that it is coming down to the wire.
I'm going to lose half of me and I can hardly wait.
