October 8th is my scheduled surgery date!

Hello out there. I am finally scheduled for 10/8/03 for my open rny here in Phx. I dont know what to say. I am real pleased to find such a giant sight for those of us to feel close. I welcome any correspondences to let me in on it all.

Hi Loreeta, Congrats on your date !!! We share the same "new birthday" I agree it seems so long to wait, but all good things come to those who wait ! BUT, I want it now ! ! ! I hope you have a good support team? I do, I have 3 cousins who have had this surgery and waiting for me on the other side, also a very supportive and loving husband ! I am extremly grateful for this web site and just recently signed up for the daily posts, actually you are my first post. I am finding many interesting facts and info here, also looking for and finding new recipes to use for my new life. Would love to hear from any new October 8th. birthdays ! Good luck to all ! Robin
