200 Pounds gone in 1 1/2. Who Said?

Well, it has been a little over a year and a half and I feel like I am 18 again. This was definitely the best thing I could have ever done for myself and my family. Words can not express the joy that comes over me at times. I find myself always smiling and just feeling truely blessed. Dr. Valin is a miracle worker and the work that I have put into my success is the most gratifiying part of it all. I find myself actually craving to go to the gym when I used to run from it. Just recently, my son turned 6 years old and I was able to take him on a Ferris Wheel. I had not rode any rides in years. Overwhelming joy is what I have for every day and feel just positive about tomorrow. I hope all of you who are going through this experience can share and feel the same feelings that I have had.
