I have just updated my profile picture

I am 13 months post-op and I'm down 210 Ibs. I still need to lose another 45 Ibs to get to my personal goal. I hope by next summer I will be at goal. It has been an amazing first year at times it is kind of overwhelming, but I am truely enjoying myself. I feel anyone willing to make a committment to themselves to change their life should have this surgery.
