Minus 130# after 1 year

YEAH! I can't believe it has been a year. I am thrilled with my results and know I will be even happier after my cosmetic surgery in January. I will have my chin, arms, breasts, stomach, and thighs done. This experience has changed my life in more ways than I ever dreamed! I'm not sure my husband knows who he is married to anymore. So much has happened in the last year including our relocation to California. I have a whole new life thanks to Dr. Appel!
