Happy Rebirthday to all of us

I can't believe almost a whole year has gone by. So much has changed for me. I just got home from a business trip with my husband. We went to Bethesda, MD. He spent his days in his class. I was on my own all day. I went to the National Zoo, The Smihsonian and the Montgomery Mall. This required a lot of walking. I also went to the gym three times(I belong to Curves and there was one in Bethesda). Withou the surgery I would not have been able to do any of the things that I did. I probably wouldn't have gone. I want to thank Dr. Tenewitz and his woneful staff for my new life. Helen Semanision
