9 months out -- down 146 pounds (give or take)

Well here we are at 9 months out. I have lost a total of 146 pounds (340 starting to 194 today). I feel great and except for a little iron deficiency and how blood pressure, I have had no complications whatsoever. Life is good and I have gotten my life back!!! I love this stuff!

i'm very happy for you iwas 400 lbs and i'm now down to 235. but i can't eat because of the unbearable nausea. but it's good to know somebody else is 9mos post-op and is doing great. good for you!!!!!!!!
