Well hello all........its been a year since I even took time to go to the webpage.........I had numerous problems with my surgery resulting in 6 month off work, BUT no everything is finally OK, I'm down 125 lbs, and now weigh 215 lbs, I've recently started wating normal foods again and my strength level and endurance has increased 10 fold.................hope you are all doing well.........

Hi all and congrats to all my October 2001 surgery twins. I am doing amazing and want to thank Dr. Harry Sax for his good work and Dr. Mark Nickels (therapist) for his help and encouragement. I was 241 pounds on 10/25/01 and now am 128 pounds. I'm 5'5" tall and 54 years young and have amazed everyone, especially ME!
This was a very good decision on my part and there is not 1 day that I have had a regret. I'm happy, healthy, and THIN. Whoo hoo!!

It has been 2 years since I have had my surgery. I am not happly married and I am expecting my 1st baby. I have lost a total of 172 pounds & right after I have my baby I am going back on track to loose more. I want to thank everyone who has supported me through my life. Thank You.

today's my anniversary and if i don't ever lose another pound,i'm still a happy camper...125 lbs down....and i'm the same weight i was this time last year...that has never happened before....yeah!!!!

Hi all I am posting here. If I have to use the new format at the main site I might as well enjoy it here too.
I have lost 177 lbs total, 3 of which was after my anniversary.
I do not have a fairy godmother watching over me. I just upped my exercise these past two weeks. My foor intake has remained the same and on the days I switched to a higher intensity workout I actually added an extra snack in.
So I will finish tooting my own horn

It has been two years as of the 16th of October and what a difference in my life. Can wear a size 16-18 that I haven't woren since high school ... Would do it all over again.
