4 years post op - and I WIN!!!!!!!

Well, this is the first posting I have done since my surgery. It has been 4 years and I have lost 150 pounds and kept it off. This was the best thing that has happened in my life.

Your post is inspiring to me. I came to this board to see how people are doing 4 to 5 years post op. I'm only 3 months post op and was just curious to see how many people have gained some of their weight back. I was getting a little scared when I did see some people mention that they have had some weight gains, as much as 70 lbs. But when I came across your post, it was a big relief to me that WLS can be successful. You're an inspiration! Thanks! Did you never lose focus, is that why you were successful?
