21 months post-op

HI EVERYONE I'AM NOW 21 MONTHS POST OP AND I HAVE LOST A TOTAL OF 160LBS AND I HAVE KEEP IT OFF. SOME DAYS I DROP A FEW POUNDS BUT THEN I GO BACK TO WERE I WANT TO BE. I FEEL GREAT NOT ANY PROBLEMS I GET TIRED SOME TIMES BUT I ALSO HAVE HYPOTHYROIDISM. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE.

Hi, Maria! I have also lost 160 pounds and I feel great. I had my surgery Oct. 12, 2001. I would like to lose about 8 more pounds, but it is more difficult. It still feels great not to have that weight on me. I feel like I am more disciplined now, and my energy has skyrocketed! Have a great day. Linda Groce
