5yr anniversary
just a quick note to say I am doing terrific!!!
I am more active than ever. I actually started swimming laps in addition to my water aerobics. I have new muscles everywhere...........those I love. The fact that most are in my thighs and I had to move up one size in jeans I could of done without.
Walked my second "Walk from Obesity" this fall and the two DS'ers led the entire way, and that included doing the longest of the two walks we still finished first.
Still am leading a local wls support group it keeps me honest!!
