Hello all. I am officially 3 months today, and would love to hear where you are all are at. I seem to change how much I can eat at every meal and every day, have you all experienced this too? Also I have noticed a desire to go back to snacking or grazing. Any good suggestions on how to avoid that?
Hello Everyone,Had my surgery Sept.11,2013 and just recently got on site. I'm wondering if anyone is having trouble with the advantage multi vitamins? Seem to cause nausea and stomach pain.Also take sublingual B-12 once a wk. and D every day. I'd also like to know if anyone has trouble with constapation and if so what are some recommendations..I have really enjoyed some of comments and am very proud of everyone. Lets keep up the good work..Thanks
Had my surgery on the 24th too. I had the sleeve. I've put it off for years. I actually feel pretty good and hope you are doing well.
I do have a question for others out there. The shakes I bought from my doctor (VHP) give me extreme gas and pain. I'm using Bariatric Advantage for now and increasing the dosage to get the calories I need. See the doctor on Wednesday. Does anyone else have gas problems and how do you deal with it?
I am scheduled the day before you. Doesn't it feel great to have that approval process behind you? Now its all the good and initially not so good stuff ahead of us! Pray you have a safe surgery
