I am on day 5 post op...I had a emotional cry..I felt all down in the dumps for no reason..I called my nurse and she said it is common to have depression after a major surgery..and also our hormone will be changing some I'm thinking...so if you get all sad and want to cry one day..just know your not alone!!!

Congrats on your surgery. I am sure you will be a success. Just follow the instructions the MD gave you and don't give up. I am scheduled for my revision to my RNY tomorrow...TOMORROW...THAT IS HARD TO BELIEVE.

September 12th is my surgery date also. I am super duper excited about this new lifestyle change.

Congrats! Its so good to hear when things go so well. Sometimes I'm scared to come on here and read all of the problems. I'm so happy for you. Keep doing so well. I'm on my liquid diet right now and will have the surgery on Monday. Cant wait til I can post a post like you!

You all will do great!!! I had my RNY done the 4th of Sept...all went good..I am now home healing..only pain is gas pain...gurggle gurggle gurggle..lol....but walking does help..make sure you relax after..and if you do have pain don't hesiatate to ask the nurse ..Good Luck everyone..plz add me if you'd like :)
