Hope you are doing well and the procedure was uneventful. I am to be banded tomorow so I am sharing your nervousness, excitement and fear. Let me know how you are doing when your able. Not to many lapband people on this site but the support is very helpful.

"one thing i can give you for adviceis " WALK " as soon as u feel u can .it helped my stomach from haveing a tightning feeling . I wish you the best
