My date is September 20. I'm getting very anxious & now even a little scared the closer it gets! Mixed emotions here too. Most of all, just very happy that I'm finally gonna be healthy!

Hi, I'm looking for some buddies that are having surgery around the same time as me, for support, etc. I'm having the Roux-en-y done on September 22, 2010 in Toronto, Ontario. I'm a little nervous, but mostly excited about having some positive changes happening in my life!

Hi there I am gettin really excited about my up coming surgery,which is the tenth of September and I was wondering if anyone is having theirs the same day or around the same time. I am having mixed emotions and was wondering if anyone wanted to make a new friend and could offer some advice and support.

I've been on OH for a few years but I just got my surgery date last week. My day will be 9/20/10! Just a few days after you. I'm getting the GBP done. At first I was just so happy to finally get a date, but as the days get closer & closer, I'm getting a little more anxious & nervous. I'm still pretty much a lurker too. I like checking out the profiles & the before & after pics for inspiration.
Anyway, again, congrats and I wish you luck! =)

Topic: Protein/Supplement schedule
Hi! New here and expecting surgery in mid to late September. I'm wondering if anyone has a good "schedule" of how and when to take protein and supplements over the first month. I'm sure my surgeon will tell me, but I'd like to start practicing getting everything in that way. Suggestions for favorite items/tips etc... will be much appreciated.
