My surgery date is 9-14 too.... The new season of "Biggest Loser" starts on the 15, just think everybody we will get to see our bodies change just like they do on the show!!!

I had a hard time the first couple of days. This morning @ 7am, I decided to start drinking 4 oz of Isopure every hour. I finished my 1st bottle by 1pm. It's 6:20pm my time and I'm half way through my second bottle. I figure I'll be done with it by 9 or 10pm. I'm having a harder time with the water. I'm suppose to drink 80 grams of protein and 48 oz of water a day. I've barely finished 1 16 oz bottle. I just got out of the hospital yesterday so maybe it will get easier as my insides heal.
Make a schedule for yourself and see if it helps. You are not alone in this struggle. That's what makes this website so great!

im having mine on the 22nd as well.  I start my liquids on the 8th.  i have to agree its going to very very hard.  but we have to use our strong will power we can do it we can do it    im so excited and a little scared at the same time.  i just want to get this behind me.  and look into the future the new me.  All pray and wish us all the best we will do great with a speedy recovery. 

Had my first really bad night last night...bad cramps and diarrhea.....i am having trouble getting in all the protein, but Im doing my best....

Good luck i hope all goes well.  i have mine on the 22nd of Sept.  How are you doing on your liquid diet?  i dread it. i start mine on tuesday.   Keep us  posted on your progress
