Did you find out anything? Good luck! I hope you get to have it on the 30th. I know you already know this...but if they need to reschedule it's only to keep you safe so that you can be successful. I know you're disappointed though. :(

my surgery is scheduled for the 30th and I'm with you...really starting to get nervous and wonder if I'm doing the right thing.

I will go on Monday to be put on an optifast diet. I will be on it for two weeks and then my surgery. All doctors are different so if I were you, I would call his office and ask.

My Doctor did not say anything to me about a pre-opt diet, he just told me to be NPO the night before so what kind of pre-opt diet do I need to follow, for this surgery (RNY)....

My Pre-op date is September the 24, at TMH, and I will be having Surgery on September 25, That's right around the corner does anyone ever second guess their decision...get nervous or scared....Just wondering....I just hope everything goes well with my RNY..... everyone I could use a few prayers...

aw oh well.....it made me feel sick.
I know this is dumb but I wish my doctor made me go on a 2 week liquid diet to get ready for surgery....but he doesn't require it I guess.
