Hi, I found these premier protien shakes at Costco that have 30 grams of protein in them and they are some of the best I have ever tasted. You can still taste the protien, but they are pretty good. Chocolate. If I get this in, then with the rest of my eating I am meeting my 60 grams. Just thought I would share.

Topic: Checking in!
Just wanted to say hello and see how everyone is doing! I'm not getting all my protein in, even though every food choice I seem to make has that as a factor. Sigh. Losing some hair. Even though I have 4 heads of hair (LOL), it still alarms me to see it in the shower grate.
How's everyone??

I see you got your ticker! It can be tough to navigate, but I just start off under "my oh." God bless you! Good luck!
Topic: Navigating this site
I'm brand new here and I don't know where to go to learn how to navigate this site. It's more complicated than I realized or I'm just being stupid. :-) Can someone head me in the right direction? I need to add a ticker to my profile and I can't figure out how to do that either. I'm lost! Help.

Now that we are all home (Sept 28 operation people) how is everyone doing?
Well I hope.
Found out I was the oldest patient ever sleeved, and set a record for the shortest time in the OR - 35 minutes! (at least for my doctor it was!)
I have had a phenomenal time since, a great recovery, I am even eating mushies I am doing so well..just finished my first poached egg, delicious, took over 15 minutes to eat it but hey! Worth it!
Today I visit my own doctor here in Canada and he is going to do follow up care with me and first order of business is stitches to come out. A couple of my ports are reddish, hope that goes away in a hurry! anyhoo, this has been a breeze for me, down 11 lbs aleady, and very happy about having this procedure done!
chime in people...let's hear from you.
