OMG Last Dinner Last Night!!!

So this morning and I am starting my pre-op eating.   My surgeon has told me to just eat soups and salads Thurs, Fri & Sat......Sunday I am to just be on liquids.   
SOOOOO last night I decided to go out w/ a big bang!    
I went to Country Buffet....and I ate.......For awhile.....I got sick....I threw up
Now I'm good!  lmao   I treated it like Thanksgiving.   haha


Well 09/21'ers the time is coming up real fast!!! I wish you all MUCH luck!

GOOD FOR YOU. Your last supper. I did that too. I ate everything that I love and wouldn't normally eat. Chipotle, Mc Donalds (I normally never eat McDonalds), just everywhere you name it and it felt sooooo good. Then I ate light the last three days.

Good luck to you. I had my surgery on 9/9/9 and I'm doing so well it's crazy. Remember to sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk. That's the key.

I was thinking it was just me! I have been so worried though that I will gain weight from doing that and I didnt want to do anything that would prevent me from having my surgery! I was also planning to the last three days real light. Its good to know that others are feeling the same way.  

No it's not you. I ate myself into a coma (joking). Hey it was my last hurrah, so I had to go out with a bang. It was my way of saying goodbye to my old life.

I really do wish you the best of luck. I will talk to you before then I'm sure its just really hard to swallow that its 3 days away to the beginning of our new lives!  I wish i had the opportunity to eat a great last meal...oh well Im glas you got to enjoy it...talk to you soon

aw oh well.....it made me feel sick.  

I know this is dumb but I wish my doctor made me go on a 2 week liquid diet to get ready for surgery....but he doesn't require it I guess.

HI MoiRach, I'm going to start my pre-op eating on sunday, So I decided to have my parents and my kids and grand babies to come over for lunch, and we are having hamburger and fries and corn on the cob with lots of butter HA HA HA. Let me know when you get home or we might even meet in the hospital. Here we go to a healthier slimmer life .  GB and take care,  Toni!!!!

I am SO hungry today.....1 protein shake for breakfast and 1 Santa Fe Salad for lunch......
