I take Diovan for my blood pressure and it is the same size as Tylenol. My doctor's nurse told me I could take it whole.

My Blue Shield HMO paid for my surgery. everything. My only problem was they sent me to a doctor 91 miles away from here. However, after time on the phone with them, I discovered it's because he's the best in S. CA. Got to have my surgery in Cedars Sinai. I feel pampered! Don't give up with this insurance co. It's worth it.

I am almost a month out and just this week started to feel a bit more normal and to wake up. I slept alot! I cannot even yet get all that protein in; it makes me sick if I pu**** so I am just doing the best I can. I do drink 64 ounces of fluid and take my vitamins but have not been able to get in all those grams of protein. I hurt alot for three solid weeks and could just this week go to the store with help from my husband. I think you are probably normal actually. I took pain medicine around the clock for three weeks and now suddenly I just don't need it anymore.

I am six year post op and having gone through a lot of emotional and marital problems the past two years have grown 2 dress sizes. The emotional eating is back. Need help and advice to get back on track.
