Oh how I wish I could have tomato or chicken soup.  My diet is one ensure with two protein scoops in it and that is it for the day.  I have to drink two ounces of the protein every two hours six times a day for two weeks.  Then I can have mushy stuff (can't wait).

If you are talking about the weight tracker on your OH page, so to "My OH" then click on "My Tracker".  At the top og the page, you can change the date and then add your weight, if you want to backtrack and add previous weights.  Hope this helps!!

Topic: RE: Surgery on 9/29 anyone?
Hi!  I had my surgery that day too.  I'm sore as hell.  I hate this draining tube, but otherwise, I'm not too bad.  Still have gas and a little pain on left side.  Still doing the clear liquid diet, but today I tried some Onion soup and it was yummy.  Down 17 lbs since starting the liquid diet two weeks ago.

Good luck on your journey!
Doreen

Topic: Surgery on 9/29 anyone?
I had my surgery on Monday 9/29 in the afternoon and was able to go home on Tuesday.  I've been really tired, but other than that, I feel pretty good!  I never would have believed I would feel this good after surgery.  I've been walking every day and it really has helped get ridof the gas  I do have more soreness on my right side - not my left - I think it is the site they removed the gallbladder from.  All in all, I feel so blessed.  Haven't gotten on the scale yet but I have my post op appointment on Monday so I'll wait until then.
I am so thankful for the support of everyone on this site!

Topic: Home !
Had my surgery on the 30th and wanted to let you all know that it went very well.  Doc was ready to let me go on Oct 1st but I asked for one more night as I hadn't slept AT ALL the night before.  That would be the only thing that sucked - insomnia. Slept way better the next night and am slowly settling into a pattern at home.  Cheers, Sandi

Glad to hear your home safe and sound Elisa!  YOur experiece was pretty much a mirror of mines, except no puking (TG).  The anth. had put an extra patch on my neck which was what I'm sure my saving grace was!  Cheers, Sandi

I had surgery on 9/25 and I'm only one week into the liquids and I'm so tired of them too!  I can hardly get them down and am not getting enough protein either.  I got the Slim Fast last night and that seems to be better but I am so sick of sweet stuff!

Topic: Pureed Foods Today~ Yum!!
So far all I've had is applesauce and my protein shakes, but the applesauce was so yummy!!  I was happy it went down so well (I guess I was worried).  In a week I can start soft foods.  Now I'm off to the store to get more goodies!!  : )
