Banana Creme Smoothie

1 scoop Body Fortress Protein- Vanilla (they sell it at Walmart)
1 tblspn sug free, fat free banana creme pudding mix.

2 sugarfree shortbread cookies
Lots of ice
One cup of 1% milk.

or you can take out the sug free cookies and add 5 or 6 strawberries and make a nanerstrawberry smoothie.

I made an Applepie one yesterday

1/2 container babyfood (stage 1 applesauce)
cinnamon, about 1/2 teaspoon
1 cuppa 1% milk
1 scoop vanilla protein
2 sug free oatmeal cookies, or sf shortbread cookies

Tonight I might see if I can make a cinnabun one.

If you leave these in the freezer for about 20 minutes, they are like an icecream.

i use the powdered slim fast (choc) or even one of the ready made ones, and i put it in the magic bullett with frozen fruit and it is so delish......like a choc/strawberry thick shake...or use the mxed fruit with peaches and honey dew...that is great too.

Well I had oatmeal and that was okay but didn't taste too good. Then I had cottage cheese and I took one bit too many/too fast. OMG, I thought I was going to die.

I have to stop eating at the computer. I know this, but I can't seem to stop myself. Eating doesn't seem worth doing by itself. (I've always thought that; it's not a post-op thing.)

I had to puke a little up and then I remembered I had bought some papaya enzyme and that helped a lot.

I have the same problem. I can only handle room temp liquids very slowly sipped. Stinks, huh?

No you are not nuts well maybe just a little.  Ok all jokes aside.  Just have a little.  My first mushie food was scrambled eggs with a little bit of salsa.  It was so good.  I think I had it at 1 week out.  Since you don't dump I wouldn't worry about it.  Your body will tell you when you are full.  You will probably only eat 2T at the most.  Good luck

Well today makes 1 month out and I am 208! This is so amazing.  I started this journey at 240 and now I am 208 that is 32lbs down.  Let me tell you it hasn't been hard and it hasn't been easy for this month.  The easy part is the eating.  I almost have to force myself to eat however because I eat only food that I love to eat it is pretty easy.  I love to eat poke (raw fish), shrimp (poke style or with ****tail sauce), lunch meat with hummus, canned asparagus, scrambled eggs with salsa, BBQ chicken, etc.  There is just to many things that I can eat.  I am very careful about my portions and put 2 oz on my plate but most time I can only eat half.  I do eat a bit to fast however I stop eating after 5 minutes.  Once I feel a little tight.  That is it no more food for me.  The hard part is exercising.  I go for my walk with my two co-workers.  We go for a 4 mile walk M-F I go only if I am not leaving work early.  Most times I walk 4X a week.  I like doing my Firm DVDs however my children always get in the way.  The 3 year old tells me no exercising you get mad at me.  I tell her ya mommy gets mad so go watch TV in your room.  I plan on running after I hit 200 lbs.  Hopefully that will be in 2 weeks.  My Halloween goal is to be 199.  I think I can do it.  I exercise every Wed at the WLC.  Cindy kicks our butts however she is so nice.  She told me yesterday during exercises class that I kept giving her stink eye.  HELLO I don't like to exercise but I will do it.

My children are my biggest fans.  They are looking at the big prize.  No its not me looking good it is the prize that I am giving them.  1 year annual pass to the Water Park if I get to 140.  They are so excited.  They can taste it.  My husband is giving me complements everyday on how I look.  I think I need a TRO on him because I think he is sexually harassing me.  I never heard him tell me he loves me this much.  I think he is have security issues.  Now my husband is a good looking guy I don't know why he feels like I am going to leave him. 

My first goal is to be 199 by Halloween the second is to weigh less than my husband.  My husband is 195 and that is pretty soon.  Now to fit into his pants will take awhile he is a 36" waist.  I still have to do my measurements I am just lazy.  Well I up loaded my 1 month pictures.

I had my rny on 9/23 and have been trying different mushies.  Actually, I am pureeing everything except the cream of wheat (which was heaven!)
Some other things I've tried that have gone down good were Roast beef hash and turkey chili.  Eggface has some good suggestions on her site.  I was craving anything with more substance than liquid and have been enjoying these new foods.

Knock on wood, I haven't had any trouble with anything yet.  I eat very slowly with baby spoons and only have small portions (learning to listen to my body).

Yes I am the same way. I am on anything that can be mushed with a fork. Just whatever you eat make sure you chew chew chew and it should be ok. I have even had a few crackers. Everything is going down just fine. Just make sure you stop when you are full.
