My nutritionist told me less than 1000 calories. I am averaging between 650-850 with between 60-80 grams of protein daily.
What are the rest of you averaging??
14 pounds lost before surgery. My first ticker is when I hit onderland: this was my goal when I started on this journey. I want to focus on that right now...once I get there I can reevaluate.
My second ticker is my dream goal. Even if I only visit there for a short time, it would be nice to see that number just once. I am pretty sure I'll need plastics to hit this goal.



B- .5cup of cottace cheese(14g)
L- 3oz Steamed Fish or Salmon (20g)
D- 3oz baked/steamed chicken (23)
S- Slice of Cheddar cheese (7)
S- Coffee w/ 1/2 scoop of protein (13)
Protein - 77
Calories - about 600
Exercise - 45 minutes treadmill / 15 minutes weights
Fluids - 56 oz (working on this:0)
It is so great to be able to talk to others about this journey. I had my surgery on 9/16/08 and so far have lost a total of 45 lbs. Although I haven't lost anything in the past 2 wks I'm ok , because I know I need to allow my body time to catch up.

I might have excess scar tissue which is what might be causing the issues.
As soon as the results come in I will post.
45 minutes at gym --- treadmill 20 min, recumbant bike 20, 5 min stretching
L - 3 oz tuna salad - pureed with 1 stalk celery, a little onion, 1 tsp non-fat yogurt, 1 tsp mayo
S - 1 oz cheese & 3 crackers
D - 10 shrimp
S - protein shake - chocolate frozen so tastes like fudgecicle
around 80 grams of protein, 800 calories
