What works for me:

Exercise at least 4x a week for at least 30 min.
Drink lots of water (more than the minimal 64 oz.)
Eat lots of protein (more than the minimal 70 g)
Keep carbs under 40 g
Mix things up -- have a really low calorie day and a higher calorie day each week (I don't actually do this on purpose, it just kind of happens.) -- don't do the same exercises all the time -- etc.

How is your protein and water intake.  I notice that if I have low protein and water I don't lose any.  Those time that I don't lose anything for a week or so I up them and get 4 lbs lost.  Try it, it may work.  Everyone is different you just have to find out what works for you.  Lately I been losing 1 lb a week then this last week I lost 6.  I been eating 3X a day and getting in 2 protein drinks.

Topic: I've put off asking for help...

for way too long.  I am in a stall.  Like, a bad one.  Like, I feel that perhaps after just under 60lbs of loss, I'm done.  I've been battling the same 3 lbs since Dec. 4.  Yes, I starting doing more weight lifting, so that could be it.  Yes, I find I can eat more if I let myself, so that could be it.  But I'm doing at least 300 calories of cardio A DAY and eating less than 800 a day....so what the heck??? 

Yes, I'm discouraged but more than encouragement, I need advice.  What do I do???

I was banded on 9/3/08 w/the Realize Band at Vanderbilt in Nashville, TN. I had a really good experience and I'm so glad that I did it. I'm down about 51lbs and I feel great. I'm walking 2.5 miles 3 times a week and I do Zumba twice a week. My self esteem is slowing coming back.
I've been to my nutritionist since the surgery 3 times and I've seen my surgeon once. They won't give me a fill because they said I was above the curve. Oh well...I feel like I'm in a little slump right now but I know I'll get over it.
I'm glad you posted this...it's nice to see how everyone else is progressing.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  it must be an amazing feeling to be able to say "I LOST 100 POUNDS!"  every time i hear someone speak the words, it's hard not to feel a little envy but i know my time is coming.

I just can't believe that I can excersise for 1.5 hrs 3-4 times a week and it feels great... Still struggling with getting enough of the right things down but I know it will come together in time.... Some days eat good, not enought liquids or vise versa??? Hate the vitamins but I'll take them over the 100 pounds that are gone forever! Hair is still falling out but I think it is my 'D' levels which I'm address this week... I want to thank everyone that shares, I have learned so much just reading this website... I don't post often but I'm here every day! THANK YOU!
