I did go out to eat with my bosses for lunch last week and I ate fish, broccoli and some soup. I was still a little hungry so I grabbed a brownie. Well I ate about half of a square and then put it in my left over soup and covered it. I know that if I didn't I could have eaten the whole thing so the best thing is to cover it with crap. To funny.
I will eat what I want to however I am learning portion control. I might have to start weighing my food again.

I had my RNY on 9/17/08 so I'm 6 months out and down 106 lbs. which I think is good but this past couple of weeks, I've notice a big difference in the amount I'm able to eat. Is this normal? The last few days I've been able to eat bread which I haven't been able to touch at all since surgery. I was able to eat 3/4ths of a 6 inch sub at subway. Is that bad? I'm just not sure. Today, I ate two tacos for lunch. Now, this is not all days. It's weird because some days I can't eat much at all, but I've really started noticing that more days than not I can eat much more than I have been able to up to this point.
I go to my 6 month check in next week, but knew you all would have some insight and experiences that would help me. Thanks in advance!
