Well I found out Monday that I will have my open RNY on Sept 4th !! I am counting the days. Wish me luck !!

Hi everyone, This is actually my first post. I learned about this site from a magazine I was reading while keeping an eye on my friend at the hospital who got the gastric bypass. Around that time I finally decided to quit be so undecisive and go for an appointment (it helped that my dr. has suggested WLS). So now I have a date set and I am excited and yet at the same time I am someone scared, mostly because I never been even admitted to a hospital. So anyway, please wish me luck and we'll see how everything goes. C
