This all went so quickly---I am grateful for that---just in a bit of shock. I applied with insurance at beginning of August, 10 days later got approved, and now have the date of Sept. 18th for Lap Band in UT. I just hope all goes well---it is a bit nerve wracking, but I am ready and excited.

Ok I poked around a little bit. I think you need to add the surgery date to your profile and also update your profile or personal information to inlcude that you live in Indiana.

I went to the upcoming surgery dates on the Indiana board, but my date isn't there. Any one know how to get it on there? My date is September the 10th.
