Check out Bariatriceating.com. They have some great recipes there. Low fat Cream soups are soothing the first little while. Sugar free applesauce is also yummy. My date's September 9th. Good luck to you. See you on the Loser's bench real soon. You're lucky- my nut says no solid food for the whole two weeks before. Only Carnation Breakfasts. I think even chocolate will get old, huh? Peace.
