Thanks for the welcome...I am excited to be part of the September losing team....I have emotions going up, down and sideways, but I am still here so it must be what I am supposed to be doing....

That's my date too! I'm being sleeved in San Francisco. No particular pre-op diet is required but I'm trying to lose anyway just eating less and more protein and also I want to start exercising again.

I certainly will save room on that bench! In a few months we will need a much smaller bench!
