For a grand total of....118 lbs :-) I only have 4 more to go till goal but am totally comfortable with where I am now :-)
9 months already? Really, it's been that long? My how time flies when you're having fun.
I don't know how much I lost each month, but the morning of surgery 9/29/08 I was 371. As of Monday 6/15/09 I weighed 215, and I am no longer considered obese, just overweight.
And we've lost the same number of pounds... with me exercising like crazy and you not starting for 5 months.

9 Months on Monday - here is goes.....
Pre-op - Lost 21 pounds
Month 1 (9/15 to 10/15) 20 pounds
Month 2 (10/15 to 11/15) 13 pounds
Month 3 (11/15 to 12/15) 14.6 pounds
Month 4 (12/15 to 1/15) 8.4 pounds
Month 5 (1/15 to 2/15) 5.8 pounds
Month 6 (2/15 to 3/15) 9.2 pounds
Month 7 (3/15 to 4/15) 5.2 pounds (broke my big toe, out of the gym for 2 weeks)
Month 8 (4/15 to 5/15) 5.2 pounds
Month 9 (5/15 to 6/15) 7.6 pounds
I may a slow loser - but I am proud to say, I am down a total of 95.2 pounds. Started at 245, and as of Saturday, I weighed in at 149.8 - which is a NORMAL BMI of 24.9
I have 14.8 lbs to get to my personal goal of 135
Then it is time for Plastics.

Happy for everyone and wish I could lose as fast. Not sure if my rate of weight loss ioss is due to my age (58) or because I delayed serious exercise for 5 months. Please tell me you are all under 58. Here are my stats.
